Aspiro 2U M37 is a 2RU high 19” rack-mounted, integrated 90 Amp Front Access DC power system providing an output of -48VDC. The highly configurable system accommodates up to 4 Aspiro family high efficiency hot-swap rectifiers.

A total current of 90A is available which may be shared between the load and battery charge current, the latter being programmable via the controller. The rectifiers are internally fan cooled with speed control which is a function of load and temperature, keeping acoustic noise to a minimum.

The system includes a Low Voltage Battery Disconnect (LVBD) as standard while a Partial Load Disconnect (PLD) is available in some configurations. As standard, four form-C relay outputs provide the alarms for remote use. Two digital inputs and outputs are also available along with connections for battery symmetry measurement and a number of analog inputs.

The Aspiro 2U M37 90 Amp Front Access DC power system is available in four basic configurations; 2 x Battery Breakers with LVBD and 2 x Load Breakers, 2 x Battery Breakers with LVBD and 2 x Load Breakers plus 6 x GMT load fuses (30A max. total), 1 x Battery Breaker with LVBD and 1 x Load Breaker plus 10 x GMT load fuses (100A max. total), 1 x Battery Breaker with LVBD and 1 x Load Breaker plus 16 x GMT load fuses. The first two can be factory configured with 1 x battery breaker with LVBD, 1-3 x load breakers, or 1–3 x load breakers with PLD.

Battery Disconnection Provides voltage controlled disconnection of batteries.
Boost Charging Manual time controlled or automatic boost charging with adjustable time and voltage levels.
